Work was crazy today....
Owie, my feet are aching.
Tight! My shoulders and neck are sooo tight.
For some reason, I kept getting a Charlie Horse in my left calf.
But...

and so the day went my whole shift except for 1 hour.
So for now....
I'll take a load off, sit and rest.
